PAYMENT
I have chosen not to link directly to payment methods through this site, as I prefer to locate the ponies you want, package them appropriately and discuss your desired postage option with you before quoting the total.
Once we have agreed the shipping and the final total I will accept payment by :
- Bank transfer if you have a UK bank account (please contact me for details).
- Overseas buyer’s can use Paypal’s Xoom service to pay me by bank transfer too.
- Paypal to hmaffin@gmail.com – sent as Friends and Family payment to avoid charges.
- Or for standard Paypal, consider adding 5% on top to cover fees.

SHIPPING
I live in England, United Kingdom but will ship anywhere in the world.
Buyer will be expected to pay postage at cost.
Please be prepared for high shipping costs to some parts of the world.
I am happy to mark items as gifts with low value to avoid custom charges, unless you are paying for a high insurance value in which case we will need to state this to be covered. Please discuss this with me at point of payment.

Uninsured/untracked shipping is at your own risk.
If your parcel goes missing/never arrives and you have not paid for insurance/tracking, I cannot be held responsible.
If an insured/tracked parcel goes missing I will work with you to the best of my ability to help find it, or to reclaim your money. I cannot guarantee that shipping costs will be refunded but will try.
